Led by faith to love, learn and SERVE!

January 26, 2012

Do you have a passion to serve our church, local, regional and worldwide communities? Are you able to donate time, goods or have service project ideas? Well, then we have the ministry for you! Our new Outreach Chair, Debra Waite, will be holding two Outreach Ministry Interest meetings to help the Kenwood Community develop a strong network of ideas, service projects and volunteers. The interest meetings will be held on two different dates in an attempt to provide convenient times for the majority of the Kenwood Community.

Interest Meeting #1: Sunday, February 12 from 5:00-6:00 pm (during Youth Program time)

Interest Meeting #2: Sunday, February 19 from 9:00-9:50 am (prior to Worship Service)

Please join Debra at one of these sessions and help make a lasting impact in our community! If you have any questions or to confirm your interest in attending, contact Debra at thew8s@comcast.net or at 752-7953.

2 Quarts   $13.00

5 Quarts   $30.00

100% of the proceeds will be used to purchase year-round items for Freedom House.  Order forms are available in the pew racks.  Please complete the form (include payment) and drop it in the offering plate on Sundays. You can also place your order by calling the church office at 798-7444. Payments can also be made by mailing a check or going to our website and using the PayPal option.  Orders will not be placed until payment is received. The deadline for orders is Sunday, January 29. The Brunswick stew will be available for pick-up on Sunday,  February 5 (Super Bowl Sunday) following the worship service. The stew will not be sold on the pick-up date;  so make sure you pre-order.
