Yoga Comes to Kenwood!

Beginning on Saturday, June 18th the Nurture Committee is pleased to announce a New Boom Mind Yoga Class taught by Da-Shanda Burton. Da-Shanda is a certified Yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2012! Boom Mind Yoga combines Pilates, Yoga, and athletic stretching in a unique workout designed to improve overall fitness, mobility, range of motion, balance and strength while also relaxing the mind.
Each 30 minute class begins at 10:30 am and the charge is ONLY $5.00 per class. Please bring a yoga mat ( find them at 5 Below, Walmart or Marshall’s) and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes! Classes will meet in the Fellowship Hall each Saturday from June 18th until July 23rd. Please arrive 10 minutes early. After the 6 week period, continuation of the class will be considered! Pay at each class with cash
