Squares for “Threads of Hope”

Once again, Kenwood’s Comfort and Joy Prayer Shawl Ministry will be contributing crocheted afghan squares to the Vessels of Mercy International “Threads of Hope” Project.
This year, we will be sending 485 squares to the women in Honduras and Nicaragua. The Vessels of Mercy Ministry Team will teach them how to sew the squares together to make blankets for their families or to sell at market. The money they earn helps to buy basic necessities of life. Please keep the Ministry Team and the people of Honduras & Nicaragua in your thoughts and prayers If you have any questions or would like to help out, please reach out to Judy Bryant at 285-8228. Thank you!.
